Back Door Management is a hybrid of Production and Management. It was officially formed in 2004, by the brainchild of esteemed businesswoman and entrepreneur Rosemary Reed. Both her and her partner Caroline de Wolfe who have between them a lifetime of experience working within the television, film and media industry’s.

Back Door Management prides itself on it’s personal interactions with its clients, unique in-house acting workshops and other facilities within the agency. This has allowed them to produce opportunities for their clients to make the most out of their talents.

With a roster of high class talent attached to Back Door Management, their sister agency Back Door Productions and a clear vision of producing quality film, television and online programming. Back Door Management and Productions has already stamped it’s mark on a competitive and clinical Market.
