The pre-BAFTA Film Award parties and many other Variety events as well as representing Bertie Ahern, the ex Irish Prime Minister, as vice-chair of ‘Friends of Fianna Fáil’, are just a few of the A-list and charity events she has successfully put her hand to. As well as her event work Rosemary has guided many successful actors, to great heights in theatre and major films.

Caroline de Wolfe has 25 years experience working as an agent within the film, television and literary industries. Vincent Cirrincione Associates, VCA, owned by Vincent Cirrincione is a highly respected management and production company, which for over 20 years has overseen an impressive client roster and maintains offices in both Los Angeles and New York. The company also has an established literary department to oversee writers and directors. The talented performers represented by VCA appear in many of today’s most prominent film, television and theatre projects. VCA’s clients include; Julie Benz (Dexter), Oscar nominee Taraji P.Henson (The Curious Case of Benjamin Button), John Hensley (Nip Tuck), Tony Winner Christian Huff (Jersey Boys), James Lesure (Las Vegas) and Jodi Lyn O’Keefe (Prison Break).
 
Cirrincione served as Executive Producer alongside his client of many years, Oscar winner Halle Berry, on the multi award winning, Emmy & Golden Globe nominated Introducing Dorothy Dandridge for HBO. Berry was awarded the SAG, Emmy, Image and Golden Globe Awards for her stunning portrayal of Dandridge.
 
Again for HBO, Cirrincione partnered with Berry to Executive Produce another awards favorite Lackawanna Blues based on the Obie Award winning play written and performed by Tony winner Ruben Santiago-Hudson.
 
Santiago-Hudson who received the prestigious Humanitas Prize for excellence in writing, is also a long time client and Cirrincione was instrumental in every development phase of the hugely popular Lackawanna Blues which had its premiere at the Sundance Film Festival. He also produced with Berry Frankir & Alice, starring Halle.
Other projects produced by Cirrincione include Unthinkable starring Sam Jackson, The Last Producer starring Burt Reynolds and several short films including the noted Quest to Ref. VCA has a wide ranging slate of projects in various stages of development.

Emma Meaney has built up a broad and interesting knowledge during her last 17 years working in the media sector that has encompassed theatre, television, production, broadcast kit and crew hire – in addition to talent management.

She has worked in Theatrical Management at an international level for some of the top agencies in both Sydney and London, representing high profile, award winning actors.

Liked and respected by clients and industry professionals for her dedicated and calm manner, Emma is excited about using her extensive network and international connections to promote and further Back Door Management’s impressive client base.

Meryem has worked for the last 4 years in the print, media and digital industry. Graduating from the University of Greenwich with a Multimedia and Internet Technology Degree, she has become passionate about all areas of Multimedia.
 
Meryem is a friendly and focused designer, passionate about good design, attention to detail and web standards. Her web development skills have meant that she has been able to contribute not only her technical ability but also creative direction to create innovative and exciting designs for Back Door Productions & Management.

Guillem was born in Barcelona, Spain.
 
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual Communication and he loves creating and working on projects which are innovative and stimulating.
 
He is a fan of new technology and he works constantly mixing the audiovisual world with multimedia, and he has a passion for new projects which enable him to achieve his objectives.
 
His hobbies include photography, film, music and of course computers and design.
